Judy Smith, ordained to be a voice to the nations, received a heavenly calling in June 1989. Calling her to "Catch the Vision," Judy saw herself standing before a multitude of people from every nation and every race. While watching this vision she saw herself ministering as the manifested power of God was present to save, heal and deliver all. Then again the Lord said to her, "Catch the Vision, I have called you to World Outreach Ministries."

God Will Set You Up!

Nine months later, God "set me up" and sent me to China. This first mission was totally orchestrated by God and was by divine appointment. This experience was a testimony and my signature message "God will set you up!"

Igniting Fire Revival

Six months after returning from China, Judy landed in Zambia, Africa. Traveling the vast countryside and going deep into the African bush - Miracle after miracle - and seeing a great need she felt helpless, but the spirit of the Lord said, "It only takes one spark of fire to burn the whole bush."
The Lord commissioned her to begin raising up World Outreach Ministry churches through the principles she had learned while working with the Apostolic Faith Missions (founded by John G. Lake) in Zimbabwe.
In 1997, the ministry was registered in Zabmia, Zimbabwe and South Africa. Today W.O.M. is in other countries such as Rwanda, Kenya, Botswana and Mozambique.

In 2000, W.O.M. opened an accredited bible college of evangelism and world missions to train and equip nationals with a basic bible knowledge to reach the un-reached and tell the un-told. This college is located in Ndoa, Zambia. Ndola, is also the home of our 180 girl orphanage, where they receive both housing and an education. In 2002, we formed World Outreach Ministerial Fellowship in Zambia, and expanded quickly into other countries. Through this fellowship, we have more than 200 churches who have come under the covering of our banner, and we have grown to be the third largest ministry in Zambia.
